Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking information to become available or update.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We strongly recommend recording a complete unboxing video when opening your package, as this may help us verify any shipping-related issues.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and provide your order number, photos, videos, and any other relevant information, if applicable.

We will review the situation and assist you with the appropriate next steps and after-sales service.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Unless otherwise specifically stated, Dentson will be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, and related fees.

After completing your payment, you can simply wait for your order to be delivered to your address.

For certain special destinations where additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply, we will contact you promptly after your order is placed and inform you before proceeding.
